I LOVE this mixer. All I had to do to configure it was closed in. It 'easy to switch between instruments of mixing (just twist and pull to remove, rotate and push to attach), and the results are fabulous. The instruction manual seems important, but only because it is in 3 languages and has great recipes, then you can start immediately. I've never written a review on something I bought online before, but this book is definitely worth the effort. I wanted this mixer for years and finally my boy to me because of the great prices and fast, not to mention FREE, shipment that Amazon.com offers.
